Hitech can arrange a professionally recorded announcement promoting your goods, services and specials, loaded on to a digital player directly connected to your telephone system.
DON'T:
- Use the radio as music on hold as slightly off tune stations do not convey a professional outlook for potential customers. You could also possibly be advertising your competitors to your customers.
- Don’t have silence, customers will think they have been cut off
- Only as a last resort, use Chimes (Greensleeves, Home on the range, etc) as music on hold
- Don’t pay ongoing costs for Music on Hold – Once we install your personalised music on hold system there is no more to pay!
